CPC 2008: all the results

The 34th edition of the famous CPC has just taken place last Saturday. All the results are available on-line here. Sure, the runners have been quite lucky with the weather: hardly any wind (which is amazing when you look at the week we had before), no rain (look at Sunday!!), not warm, not cold, just perfect to run.

Many of you have run it. But the same race can look very different through different eyes. First-timers, experienced runners, please send us the story of your CPC 2008. They will be published on the AJC website.

Next Cooper test: 27/03/2008

The first Cooper test of 2008 will be held on Thursday 27/03/2008 at 12:15. We can not promise good weather but certainly a good atmosphere. Come along and test your fitness level at the beginning of the season. More info on the website, here.

Run4Fun and core stability: get ready for the Patent Run

Like every year, the Patent Run will take place at the end of June during the Amicale's festivity week. It is time to start thinking about your training.
You can attend any of the Run4Fun training, every Thursday, where you will be guided by Wim van Klompenburg and Cécile Vanier.

Besides, every Monday, there is a core stability session aimed at increasing back and stomach strength, legs and pelvis strength and flexibility, coordination and stability to make you a better runner.

Have a look at the training calendar to know more.

For the committee, Cécile
