Core stability new scheduleJust to remind you of an e-mail you probably received: We made a gentleman agreement with the music club and they will leave us one of their slots for the yoga room. As a replacement, I propose the following training sessions: The ususual schedule on Monday lunch time will resume Mon 30/03. I hope this new schedule will suit most of the usual participants and will offer the possibility for others to join. In fact, such a training is ideal in the morning. It wakes up your body, and makes you fresh and alert for the day. For more info on the core stability course, please visit our website.
30km Groet uit SchoorlAs you know my husband Christophe and myself were running the 30 km in Schoorl to support the Lornah Kiplagat foundation. We managed to raise an amazing 1080 euros for the foundation. I would like to thank you all for your generosity. A report (updated with pictures -_^) is available on my blog. Moreover, here is the e-mail I received from Cees Pronk, president of Lornah Kiplagat foundation and also organisor of the race (FYI, there was a special ranking for the charity/business run, in which, as you know, we finished first and second bringing the LKF running team in first place. But there is also a general ranking, with all the runners, in which I finished 3rd woman):
